Tasty and simple dish for lunch or dinner — baked potato with sour cream, and cheese.
In this recipe, it’s simple: potatoes, pour sauce of sour cream and bake in the oven until almost cooked. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and then put in the oven and bake until golden brown.
Potato with sour cream, in the oven:
spices for potatoes (or just salt and pepper)
a little vegetable oil
Preparation: Mix the sour cream with water in equal proportions, add spices and stir.
Peeled raw potatoes cut into thin slices and put in a greased with butter form. We spread layers, each layer of potato salt to taste and pour a little cream sauce. In this recipe, there is no exact number of ingredients, simply controlling the amount of cream sauce: it should not be too much or too little, so the potatoes are «floating», but did not stay dry.
In preheated oven send our potatoes in the form and bake 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and potatoes cook in the oven for about 15 minutes more, until golden brown cheese.
