The original and delicious Caesar salad with croutons, tomatoes, chicken and lettuce.
Chicken fry until cooked, dried bread croutons with garlic flavor in the oven, and a salad dressed with a sauce of olive oil, egg yolks, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
Recipe: Caesar salad with chicken meat:
300 -400 grams of chicken
10-12 cherry tomatoes

For the croutons:
4-5 slices of bread for toast or regular loaf
2 tablespoons tablespoons olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic
For the sauce:
2 egg yolks
lemon juice (from half a lemon)

Diced chicken and fry in oil until golden brown, salt to taste.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into 2 or 4 parts. Washed well with lettuce, obsushivayut.
Now we collect our Caesar: a plate, arbitrarily rvёm hands lettuce, distributed over the entire surface, and pour half of the sauce. We spread over the entire surface, on lettuce leaves, chicken, croutons, tomatoes and then pour the remaining sauce on top.
