Subtle yeast dough prepared from water, flour, eggs, oil, and dry yeast. Prepare for stuffing tomatoes, ham, cheese, bell peppers and mushrooms. The result is a tasty pizza on a thin basis.
Pizza recipe for yeast dough thin:
100 ml of warm water (boiled)
half teaspoon dry yeast
by teaspoonful of salt and sugar
1 raw egg
2 table spoons of olive oil
wheat flour 2 cups
For the tomato sauce:
2-3 medium fresh tomatoes
a little olive oil
For pizza toppings:
100 grams of fresh tomatoes
100 grams of ham (meat, sausages)
100 grams of good hard cheese
100 grams of fresh mushrooms champignons
Preparation of thin pizza: first prepare the tomato sauce. Tomatoes doused with boiling water and remove the skin. We grind the tomatoes in a blender, add a pinch of oregano, dried basil, a little olive oil, sugar and salt to taste. Put the sauce on the stove, boil 5 minutes, then cool for a bit.
For the dough: in warm water dissolve yeast, salt and sugar. Add half of the sifted flour, stir, to drive the egg and again everything is well mixed. Then add the rest of the sifted flour, add the olive oil and knead the dough for pizza. Divides it into two parts, each of you can make pizza 35-40 cm in diameter.
Roll out the dough so as to obtain a round thin pancake, pour the flour as needed when rolling out and lay it on the baking sheet, which is a little vegetable oil lubricated. The entire surface of the pancake lubricates tomato sauce, then sliced mushrooms decompose, ham, peppers, fresh tomatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs.
Bake pizza in the oven, preheated to a temperature of 220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. It is important not to overdo it in the oven, or pizza base will not turn soft. It was a fine pizza recipe that you can cook for dinner or a party for friends.
