Delicious pizza with ham, eggs, canned corn and, of course, also with cheese. Pizza — a very popular dish in our time, which is prepared from a wide variety of ingredients: meat, ham, shrimp, olives, apples … pizza crust can be made from any test. In my recipe — soft and airy dough with sour cream and mayonnaise, and the filling of successful, in my opinion, the combination of ham, boiled eggs, tomatoes, corn and cheese.
Recipe pizza with ham
For the dough:
3 raw eggs
4 tablespoons tablespoons of mayonnaise and sour cream
a pinch of salt
soda hydrated floor teaspoon
200 grams of ham
3 tablespoons tablespoons ketchup
3 tablespoons canned corn cutlery
3 boiled eggs
hard cheese 200 grams
2 tablespoons tablespoons mayonnaise
How to cook a pizza: dough, beat the eggs until smooth, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, baking soda, stir and pour small portions and stirring, the sifted flour.
For the filling boiled eggs and ham separately cut into small cubes, cheese, coarsely grated rub, tomato cut into thin half-rings.
Grease a baking butter, spread the dough in it, which is distributed over the entire surface. Lubricate the formation of the dough and spread evenly ketchup layers ham, tomato, corn, eggs, mayonnaise and put grease baking in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. We reach then baking, switch the oven on 200 degrees, sprinkle with cheese pizza and send it back in the oven. After 10 minutes, a pizza with ham and cheese will be ready. Rain until it has cooled slightly and then cut the pizza with ham into portions pieces and invite everyone to the table.
