Very simple cooking biscuits, with a minimum of ingredients: coconut mix with raw eggs and sugar. Form the cookies into balls and bake in the oven.
Recipe — coconut cookies:
white coconut 400 grams
half cup sugar
4-5 chicken raw eggs
How to cook biscuits with coconut: mix the eggs with the sugar until smooth, add coconut and stir.
From the resulting mass of molding pellets, about the size — of a walnut or a little more and put them on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Put the pan in a hot oven and bake. Cookies baked quickly: 25-30 minutes, and our pastry is ready, the temperature in the oven to 180 degrees.
Ready coconut cookies must cool completely in the pan, and then you can lay heaped on the plate.
