Delicious homemade mushrooms, pickled vegetables.
For taste and flavor, pickle mushrooms with onions, garlic and bell pepper. Marinade traditionally boil with salt, sugar, vinegar and spices. After 12 hours, crispy and delicious mushrooms are ready.
Recipe pickled mushrooms:
500 grams of medium-sized mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
half a bell pepper
Marinade per liter of water:
half teaspoon salt
1 bay leaf
5-6 grains of black peppercorns
80 ml of a 9% vinegar
spoon of cooking oil
How to cook marinated mushrooms at home: the mushrooms and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Boil mushrooms in salted water for 5 minutes and drain the water through a colander. Mushrooms mix with chopped onions, garlic and bell pepper.
