According to this recipe, you can pickle herring or mackerel fresh. After one day, a delicious, spicy fish will be ready for use. We serve this wonderful salted fish as a festive table and to the daily dinner, with boiled or baked potatoes.
Recipe — salted fish:
2 fresh frozen fish (mackerel or herring)
2 table spoons of salt
2-3 table spoons of dill (dried or fresh)
half teaspoon ground black pepper
at the request of some dried basil
