Homemade pasties with vodka, which is added to the dough.
Knead the dough easy flour, water, vegetable oil, with the addition of vodka. Vodka test is used as disintegrant. The smell and taste of vodka in pasties will not be felt because the alcohol evaporates during cooking, making our pasties soft and lush.

8 cups of flour quality (not «floated»)
3 cups water
2 teaspoons of salt and sugar
150 ml of vegetable oil
1 kg of meat

How to make pasties: water-soluble sugar and salt. In a large bowl sift the flour, making it deepen, pour water, vodka and butter. Knead the dough, wrap it with cling film and leave for 1 hour on the table.
