A simple and tasty recipe for making homemade marmalade from citrus.
To prepare the marmalade need lemon juice, orange zest, and with these same oranges and lemons. Add the sugar, gelatin and get delicious home-made desserts, a good alternative to store marmalade.
Marmalade recipe, cooked at home:
100 ml of juice from the orange
5-6 tablespoons tablespoons lemon juice
100 ml water
sugar glass (or taste)
a tablespoon of lemon peel and orange peel
20 grams of gelatin
How to make homemade marmalade: mix the lemon and orange juice, add the gelatin, stir and leave to swell.
In another bowl mix sugar with water, peel and put the small fire. Syrup bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then connect the hot syrup with swollen gelatin and stir to dissolve the gelatin. The solution we filter or simply remove with a slotted spoon zest. The resulting mixture was poured into jelly form which previously was covered with cling film. After cooled marmalade, put in the refrigerator form not less than 6-7 hours. Frozen marmalade cut into portions pieces and each piece collapses in sugar. All this was a recipe for homemade marmalade, tasty and favorite sweets.
