Easy to prepare and delicious chocolate cake Prague home.
Biscuit chocolate cake is very simple: mix all ingredients and bake a cake, then cut it into three pieces. The cream is prepared from condensed milk with the addition of egg yolks, butter and cocoa. On top of our cake decorated with chocolate icing.

It will take a round shape with a diameter of 19 cm.
For sponge cakes:
5 eggs (one yolk reserve cream)
115 grams of sifted flour
150 grams of sugar
25 grams of cocoa powder
40 grams of butter
For the cream:
20 ml of water
120 grams of condensed milk
1 egg yolk
200 grams of butter
20-30 grams of dark chocolate
Prepare the cake: whisk 4 egg yolks with half the sugar until light, lush cream. Separately, beat whites to the density, add the remaining sugar and continue to beat until thick mass.
Slowly and gently mix the whites with the yolks, moving the spoon from the bottom up. Pour the flour sifted with the cocoa and again stir gently and slowly from the edge to the middle. On the edge of pouring the cooled melted butter and just gently stirred.
Lubricating oil form, sprinkle with flour and pour it in our dough. Just put in a hot (200 degrees) oven and bake for half an hour. We take out the cake from the oven and set aside until cool it, and then cut with a knife along to get three cakes.
Cream: mix egg yolk with water, then add condensed milk, stir and put the mixture on low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the condensation (it will be immediately obvious). Then leave to cool the mass.
Lightly beat the soft butter with the vanilla and gradually add it to the cooled condensed milk, stir until smooth. At the end add the melted chocolate (or a little cocoa).
Sponge cakes grease cream and assemble the cake, the cake does not grease the top. Put it in the fridge for an hour, and then cover the top and sides of cake with chocolate icing. For example: 4 tablespoons tablespoons sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of milk, 50 grams of butter and bring to a boil, or use any other recipe glaze.
