Soft and delicate taste sponge cakes with cream of condensed milk and butter.
The dough for these pastries cooked very simply from the available products: eggs, sugar, flour. For softness, sponge impregnated with water syrup, sugar and brandy. A cream of condensed milk can be substituted for any favorite cream.
Sponge cake recipe with cream
For the dough:
3 raw eggs
3/4 cup sugar
a glass of a good meal
floor sachet of baking powder
For the cream:
floor cans of condensed milk
butter 150 grams
3/4 cup warm water
30 ml brandy
sugar 2 tablespoons
How to cook a sponge cake with cream: mix the flour with baking powder and sift through a sieve. Eggs, beat with a mixer 5 minutes, then add the sugar and stir for a minute 3. In the egg mixture gradually add flour, stirring gently with a spoon.
Pour the resulting batter into a form that previously was covered with oiled paper. We put in a hot oven at 200 degrees and bake cake for 20-30 minutes, until tender.
From the cooled biscuit glass cut out an even number of round billets. The remains of the cake spread on a baking sheet and slightly dried in a hot oven, and then ground into crumbs.
For the syrup, mix all the ingredients and a little biscuit impregnate them blank.
For the cream, beat until smooth condensed milk with soft butter.
