Cheese cakes to choose a home, not too wet and not sour. It will add the eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla, if desired — nuts, raisins, dried apricots, candied fruit and ispechёm cupcakes in tins. The forms make better use of silicone paper or use the tabs to conventional metal molds.
Recipe cheese cakes in tins:
200 grams of cottage cheese
3 raw eggs
100-200 gram sugar, taste
a bag of vanilla sugar
150 grams of butter
200 grams of a good meal
tea spoon of baking powder to the test
raisins, dried apricots, candied fruit, nuts, if desired
powdered sugar for decoration
How to cook the cheese cakes: whisk eggs, add sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
In the curd add the beaten eggs with the sugar, melted butter and mix thoroughly. Then add the vanilla sugar, steamed raisins, sifted flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.
We fill the test molds to 2/3, if the forms are not and do not use silicone paper tab, then the pre-lubricate metal molds with oil.
Put the molds with the dough on a baking sheet and send it in a hot oven at 180 degrees, which bake muffins for about 30 minutes.
We reserve ready muffins cheese in tins for a while to cool down a little, and then gently remove them from the molds and sprinkle with powdered sugar. We serve cupcakes completely ostyvshimi.
